A equação simbólica como recurso terapêutico: contribuições para análise do questionário desiderativo / The symbolic equation as a therapeutical resource: contributions for the analysis of the desiderative questionnaire

RESUMO

O Questionário Desiderativo é um instrumento projetivo de avaliação psicológica que mobiliza, entre outros aspectos, a capacidade de simbolização do examinando. A ocorrência de equação simbólica nas respostas a esta técnica constitui, tradicionalmente, uma "falha" na utilização instrumental da Identificação Projetiva, sendo convencionalmente interpretada como indicador psicopatológico. No presente trabalho, são apresentadas respostas fornecidas por adolescentes ao Desiderativo, sendo que em algumas foi possível detectar um adequado processo de simbolização dos examinandos, enquanto noutras encontrou-se falhas por equação simbólica. A partir de contribuições psicanalíticas de Milner e Winnicott, foi possível rever a forma tradicional de interpretação destes fenômenos, lançando-lhes um olhar menos patologizante, e relativizando seu caráter sinalizador de empobrecimento das funções egóicas de simbolização. Ponderou-se ainda sobre as possibilidades terapêuticas do surgimento destes momentos de não-diferenciação diante de técnicas projetivas, nomeadamente no Questionário Desiderativo, podendo-se ampliar a compreensão psicodinâmica dos indivíduos submetidos a esse instrumento projetivo.

ABSTRACT

The Desiderative Questionnaire is a projective instrument of psychological evaluation that mobilizes, among others aspects, the examined simbolization capacity. The occurrence of symbolic equation in this technique answers constitutes, traditionally, a "flaw" in the Projective Identification instrumental use, being conventionally interpreted as a psychopathological indication. Answers given by adolescents to the Desiderative are presented, and in part of them it was possible to detect an appropriate simbolization process among examined ones, while in others faults by symbolic equation were found. Throught the psychoanalytical contributions of Milner and Winnicott, it was possible to re-examine the tradicional interpretation of these phenomena, considering them less pathological, and relativizing its feature of the ego's simbolization functions impoverishment. It was also examined the therapeutical possibilities of the appearance of these moments of not-differentiation towards projective techniques, specifically the Desiderative Questionnaire. These contributions may offer a wider psychodinamical understanding over the individuals investigated by this projective technique.
