RESUMO

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a problematização sobre saber e poder realizada por Michel Foucault, que abriu novos caminhos para o pensamento, preocupado com a questão já proposta por Kant há duzentos anos quem somos nós na atualidade? Ao descortinar as íntimas relações deste binômio – saber e poder – e as práticas sociais de que se revestem e produzem, extraiu teses fundamentais e revolucionárias, ao mostrar como estes operam juntos, como matrizes de razão prática, constituindo-se em poderosos dispositivos de produção de subjetividade. Seus estudos impulsionam a investigar e a combater todas a verdades prontas e acabadas, todas as formas de opressão, dos discursos às práticas, às teorias totalizantes, às tecnologias produtoras de subjetividade.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to present Michel Foucault’s problematization about power and knowledge, whose studies opened new ways of thinking, since he worries about the question proposed by Kant, two hundred ears ago who are we in the actuality? When he enters in the intimate relations between knowledge and power, and the social practices they produce, he develops revolutionary and fundamental thesis, showing how they perform together, as practical reason matrix, making themselves powerful dispositions in production of subjectivity. His studies move to investigate and fight against all finally truths, all forms of oppression, from discourses to practices, from total theories to technologies producing subjectivity.
