RESUMO

Este trabalho articulou subsídios teórico-clínicos que sustentam a psicanálise aplicada a bebês em situação de risco psíquico (autismo e outras psicopatologias graves). Esse risco se configura através de sinais de dificuldades no estabelecimento de uma relação com seu agente maternante que esteja restringindo a singularização subjetiva. Há um consenso entre profissionais das diversas áreas que tratam da criança autista em considerar que, nesses casos, quanto mais precoce o início do atendimento, melhor a evolução. A medicina explica o fato pela maior neuroplasticidade cerebral. Como a psicanálise pode explicá-lo, se o tempo para a psicanálise é lógico e não cronológico?

ABSTRACT

The author proposed a theoretical and clinical articulation capable of providing support to an earlier psychoanalytical intervention to babies at risk of autism and other severe psychopathologies, as shown by signs of difficulty in establishing mother/child bonds, which could restrict the birth of the subjectivity in the infant. Interdisciplinary professionals that treat autistic children agree that the timing of the beginning of the treatment is essential for accomplishing the best results, which is explained by Medicine because of children’s greater cerebral neuroplasticity. How could psychoanalysis explain such fact, since psychoanalysis’ time is logical, not chronological?
