Afecta principalmente a varones jóvenes.
ABSTRACT
Beçhet´s disease is a multisystemic disease of unknown etiology initially described as a triad of recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers, and uveitis affecting young male adults. All these manifestations are self-limiting except the ocular disease. This is not a chronic, persistent inflammatory disease but one having relapsing attacks of acute inflammation. Internationally agreed diagnostic criteria have been proposed to assist in the diagnosis. We present the case of a 45-year-old man who presented almost all manifestations of the disease. It was performed a deep evaluation to achieve from the beginning the clinical diagnosis in accordance with the anatomopathological studies.
