Se realizó el tiempo de protrombina a 24 pacientes adultos sin tratamiento con anticoagulante. El tiempo de protrombina se efectuó inicialmente y a las 4,6 y 24 horas después de haber extraído la muestra en condiciones variables de temperatura. No se encontró diferencia significativa
