We present a 19 years old patient from the Andean province of La Libertad (3125 msnm), that 5 months ago presented erithematous nodules and pustules producing a well know alarming increase in the size of the nose. The pathology studies display tuberculoid granulomas without central caseation necrosis. His evolution was favorable with antibacterial treatment and decrease to the solar exposition.
