Sequência de trabalho em carga imediata, tanto em maxila quanto em madíbula / Immediate loading in the maxilla and in mandible: a working sequence

RESUMO

Desde a descoberta do fenômeno da osseointegração, a Implantodontia vem se desenvolvendo continuamente. A reabilitação, por meio de prótese implanto-suportada com carga imediata, vem sendo realizada como uma alternativa viável, com excelente prognóstico e comodidade para o paciente, tendo em vista ser ela concluída em curto espaço de tempo. Essa modalidade de tratamento torna-se viável devido ao alto índice de sucesso descrito na literatura, bem corno resultados bastante satisfatórios do ponto de vista estético e funcional. O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma breve revisão acerca da carga imediata sobre implantes dentários e relatar um caso clínico, no qual seis implantes Ankylos instalados na maxila e seis implantes Ankylos colocados na mandíbula receberam carga imediata, por meio da confecção de uma prótese fixa provisória.

ABSTRACT

Since the osseointegration phenomenon was discovery, the implantology comes developing itself continually. The rehabilitation through implant-supported prosthesis and immediate loaded has been accomplished as a viable option, with excellent prognosis and comfort for the patient, since the same is concluded in a short time. This treatment modality becomes viable due to the high level of successful described in the literature, as well as very satisfactory results of the aesthetic and functional point of view. The aim of this paper is a review of the relevant literature and the report of a clinical case, which six implants Ankylos installed in the maxilla and six implants Ankylos installed in the mandible received immediate loading, through the confection of a temporary fixed prosthesis.
