RESUMO
O estudo teve por objetivos identificar as bases conceituais, metodológicas e pedagógicas no ensino da Administração em Enfermagem em Escolas de Enfermagem no Brasil; identificar e caracterizar as competências gerenciais desenvolvidas nessas disciplinas. A abordagem adotada foi quanti-qualitativa operacionalizada em duas etapas a primeira teve como cenário, oito escolas e a segunda cinco, representativas das regiões geopolíticas do país. Para a coleta de dados buscou-se os planos de ensino, considerando os elementos objetivos, carga horária, duração, inserção no curso, conteúdo, estratégias pedagógicas e forma de avaliação. Os resultados evidenciaram que embora estejam ocorrendo avanços nas bases conceituais, a formação de competências gerenciais não é explicitada nos planos e as propostas pedagógicas são tradicionais.
ABSTRACT
The study had as

objectives:

the identification of the conceptual, methodological and pedagogical bases adopted in the teaching of Management in Nursing Schools in Brazil; the identification and characterization of managerial competences which have been developed in educational practices. The approach adopted was a quantitative-qualitative one, carried out in two moments the first had as a scenario eight schools; the second had five, representing the five geo-political regions. Data was collected from the teaching guidelines, into consideration objectives, hour load, duration, the moment of insertion, program content, pedagogical strategies and the form of evaluation. Results showed that, although there has been advancement in the conceptual bases, development of managerial competences is not made explicit in the teaching guidelines; moreover, the pedagogical proposals are traditional.
RESUMEN
El estudio tuvo por objetivos identificar las bases conceptuales, metodológicas y pedagógicas, adoptadas en la enseñanza de Administración de Enfermería en Escuelas de Enfermería Brasileñas; identificar y caracterizar las competencias gerenciales que vienen siendo desarrolladas y las prácticas educativas, en el ámbito de las disciplinas . El abordaje adoptado fue cuantitativo y cualitativo siendo operacionalizada en dos etapas la primera tuvo como escenario, ocho Escuelas y la segunda cinco, representativas de las regiones geopolíticas. Para la recolección de datos se buscó los planes de enseñanza, considerando objetivos, carga horaria, duración, inserción en el curso, contenido programático, estrategias pedagógicas y forma de evaluación. Los resultados muestran avances en las bases conceptuales, mas la formación de las competencias gerenciales no es explicitada en los planes de enseñanza y las propuestas pedagógicas son tradicionales.
