RESUMO
Trata-se da construção e utilização de um instrumento de apuração de custos do Hospital Municipal de Diadema. Descreve-se a metodologia adotada, relacionando-a com o faturamento do Hospital conforme os Sistemas de Informação de produção do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), e destacam-se as possibilidades criadas para sua utilização, com o objetivo de orientar a tomada de decisão pelos gestores do SUS no município. Os dados coletados referem-se ao primeiro trimestre de 2009 e junho de 2009.
ABSTRACT
The article describes the construction and application of a cost assessment tool in the Diadema Municipal Hospital. It describes the adopted methodology and relates it to the Hospital billing according to the official SUS (Unified Health System) production information systems, highlighting the opportunities created for its application as a decision-making guide for SUS managers in the municipality. The data collected refer to the first quarter of 2009 and June 2009.
