RESUMO
A regulamentação do exercício da medicina no Brasil, nos moldes atuais, consolida-se após 1950. Atende aos interesses do Estado e da organização profissional, respondendo a solicitações iniciadas desde os anos 20. Esta normalização apresenta vínculos, exerce influência e, ao mesmo tempo, é influenciada pelo modelo sanitário e pela educação médica.
ABSTRACT
The current practical medical legislation in Brazil was established after 1950. It attends the manifested needs of the State and the professional organizations since the twenties. Otherwise, it keeps relationships with the medical education and with the health organization.
