RESUMEN
Se presentan 11 casos de tumor phyllodes de mama tratados durante 1978 a 1985. Representan el 1% de la patología operada en ese período. La media de edad fue de 34,5 años. El estudio histológico mostró 8 tumores phyllodes, 2 sarcoma phyllodes y 1 carcinosarcoma phyllodes. Se hacen consideraciones sobre la clínica y la terapéutica realizadas. La evolución fue buena en 10 pacientes
