RESUMO
A rede Observatório de Recursos Humanos em Saúde (ROREHS) tem, no Brasil, um de seus casos mais exemplares. Voltada para a análise da realidade dos recursos humanos atuantes na área, propõe-se aprofundar a partir de pesquisas e discussões de tecnologias e de políticas para o setor saúde que auxiliem gestores trabalhadores e usuários no enfrentamento permanente de um dos maiores desafios do SUS e encontrar soluções para as crises de oferta, qualificação e adesão dos seus trabalhadores. Propõe-se, aqui, uma primeira aproximação ao tema.
ABSTRACT
Brazil boasts one of the best Human Resource Observatory Networks for Health Care (ROREHS), which is aimed at reviewing the situation of human resources employed in the sector. By developing research and discussing health technologies and policies that assist managers, workers and users in tackling one the greatest ongoing challenges in the SUS, the network offers solutions to the problems of lack of personnel, training and adhesion of the workers. This article presents an initial overview of the topic.
