RESUMEN
El autor presenta el concepto de Winnicott de la mutualidad y discute sobre posibles extensiones clínicas verbales y no verbales. En él, se describe una situación clínica en la que el setting fue alterado de modo que, hubo una ampliación del espacio de las sesiones, parte de ellas, por cierto tiempo, se desarrollaron en el entorno físico del consultorio. A continuación, señala la importancia de los mecanismos no-interpretativos en el proceso psicoanalítico
ABSTRACT
The author refers to the winnicottian idea of mutuality and discusses its expanded use in several clinical levels of communication, both verbal and non verbal. It is presented a clinical situation in wich there was an alteration of the setting so that part of the session, during a period of time, happened outside the room, walking in the streets around the analyst`s office. It is discussed the importance of non interpretative mechanisms in an analytical process
