Acolhimento, alteridade e estratégia saúde da família / Users ambracement, alterity and the family health strategy

RESUMO

Introdução: O Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), como sistema complexo, é um processo contínuo de reelaboração em busca da efetividade, buscando aperfeiçoamento e utilização de novas estratégias para alcançá-lo. Objetivo: o estudo visa discutir as fases do SUS, sua evolução e a relação entre estratégia saúde da família, a diretriz do acolhimento e o entendimento de alteridade como elementos inter-relacionados. Método: tratou-se de um estudo de base bibliográfica com análise crítica e reflexiva. Resultados e Discussão A evolução contínua do SUS requer aperfeiçoamentos para atingir seus pressupostos maiores. A estratégia saúde da família (ESF) assume função preponderante na modificação do paradigma de atenção à saúde, de um modelo biologista para a atenção integral. O acolhimento, enquanto diretriz, contribuiu para a equidade e universalidade da atenção. A prática da alteridade se mostra essencial para a efetividade do acolhimento. Conclusão: a formação dos agentes de saúde e a adoção da prática da alteridade são fundamentais para o sucesso da diretriz de acolhimento.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: The SUS as complex system is a continuous process of reworking search for effectiveness. In a continuous search of perfection, new strategies are needed to attain it. Objective: The study aims to discuss the phases of SUS, its evolution and the relationship between the family health strategy, the policy of welcoming and the understanding of otherness as interrelated elements. Method: This is a study in bibliographic basis with critical and reflective analysis. Results and Discussion: The continuous evolution of SUS requires improvements to achieve their key lines. The family health strategy assumes preponderant role in changing the paradigm of health care from a biologic model to a integral health care approach. The welcoming policy, while guideline, contributed to the universality and equity of care. The practice of otherness is essential to show the effectiveness of the welcoming policy. Conclusion: training of health workers and the adoption of the practice of alterity is fundamental to the success of the welcoming policy directive.
