RESUMEN
The author emphasizes the technical aspects of the reconstruction surgery of the eyelids. We recommend strongly the use of specific tools and special lights, and the use of magnifying lens, because small trauma con cause a lot of damage in some cases, where the patient doesn't have a second chance of eye-sight. Then, we shown a few cases of partial or total reconstruction of the eyelids, using very simple procedures with gratifying results. The use of proper methods and principles is clearly required, in a region were the patient, and the doctor, may note have a second chance of reconstruction
