RESUMO
O objetivo da pesquisa é verificar o conhecimento que professores de Educação Física têm sobre as dimensões dos conteúdos e, se estes conhecimentos são utilizados em suas aulas nos cursos de graduação. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como sujeitos 31 professores de cursos de graduação em Educação Física.Para coleta de dados utilizou-se um questionário semi-estruturado composto por 8 questões. Constatamos que 91% dos professores conhecem as dimensões de conteúdos, sendo que todos afirmaram utilizar esses conhecimentos em suas aulas, porém observamos certa confusão no momento de distinguir uma dimensão da outra. Entendemos que essa falta de domínio teórico/conceitual pode comprometer a formação dos professores de Educação Básica. .
ABSTRACT
The objective of the survey is to verify the knowledge that the Physical Education teachers have about the content dimensions and, if this knowledge is being used in theirclasses in courses of graduation. The survey is characterized as descriptive with qualitative boarding, having as subjects 31 teachers of graduation courses in Physical Education. To thedata collect it was used a semi structured questionnaire composed for 8 questions. It was verified that 91% of the participant teachers at the survey know the extension of contents, andall of them confirmed that use it in class, but it was observed a kind of confusion at the moment of distinguishing a dimension of another. It is understood that this lack of control with theoretical knowledge can compromise the training of the futures teachers at Elementary Education .
