ABSTRACT
We revised the diagnostics and clinical manifestations of two patients whith peritoneal tuberculousis. A male, and a woman whith 67 and 27 years old. The consultation motive in both cases was the acute abdominal pain, but of uncertain etiology. Given the short frequency of the peritoneal tuberculous in their dry form, and, in spite of in a case the antecedent of lung tuberculosis, the ascitis absence underrated the probability of peritoneal tuberculous, taking both cases as acute abdomen surgical, we maked a laparotomy diagnostics. The diagnosis was done by histopatology. The patients responded positively to the specific treatment proposed by the ministry of health.
