ABSTRACT
The economic and social policies adopt by de the World Bank, as developed by Amartya Sen, are explained as not sufficient to solve the problems of poverty in underdeveloped countries. Its presumptions and the living condition of poverty population constraints these policies to be a moral option rather then to be a real alternative of social politics. In addition, there is a reproduction of an ideology and political option that doesn´t recognize the capitalistic exploitation and their principal characteristics. A disruption is necessary and the only solution have to consider the conflicts between capitalistic and workers classes.
