El extremo de la Ley: versiones perversas del padre / The extreme of the Law: perverse versions of the father

RESUMEN

El objetivo del presente trabajo es investigar las versiones del Nombre del Padre que se pueden localizar en algunas formas de la perversión. Para esto, en primer término se procede, por un lado, a delimitar a la perversión en términos estructurales, deteniéndose particularmente en el sadismo y el masoquismo, y, por otra parte, a determinar en qué sentidos e incidencias consideramos la cuestión de la función del Nombre del Padre en distintos momentos de la enseñanza de J. Lacan. A partir de allí se consideran los modos de presentación y funcionamiento (versiones) del padre en estas modalidades de la perversión. Las conclusiones formulan la hipótesis acerca de que en la perversión se pone de manifiesto un aspecto de la función del Nombre del Padre que queda velado tanto en la neurosis como en la psicosis.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to investigate versions of the Name of the Father which can be located in some forms of perversion. For this, first we proceed to define perversion in structural terms, particularly sadism and masochism, and, secondly, to determine in what ways and incidences we consider the question of the role the Name of the Father at different times of the teaching of J. Lacan. From there, we consider the modes and operation (versions) of the father in these forms of perversion. The conclusions formulate the hypothesis that the perversion reveals an aspect of the role of the Name of the Father who is veiled in both neurosis and psychosis.
