RESUMEN
Se presenta la experiencia del Servicio de Cirugía torácica del Hospital Enrique Tornú sobre 67 neumotórax tuberculosos tratados durante 6 años (1981-1987). Sesenta y seis recibieron drenaje pleural como tratamiento incial. Trece fueron hidroneumotórax, 12 pioneumotórax y 41 neumotórax. Se realizaron 58 drenajes, 6 decorticaciones y 2 toracoplastias. Fallecieron 8 pacientes
