[Dermoid fistula of the nasal root complicated by frontal lobe abscess]. / Przetoka skórzasta nasady nosa powiklana ropniem plata czolowego mózgu

The authors describe a case of dermoid fistula of the nasal root reaching to the dura in the anterior cranial fossa and complicated by development of frontal lobe abscess. Cure was obtained after administration of antibiotics and complete removal of the walls of the fistula with radical intracranial removal of the abscess.
