O professor em sala de aula: reflexão sobre os estilos de aprendizagem e a escuta sensível / The teacher at the classroom: a reflexion about learning styles and sensitive listening

RESUMO

Este trabalho envolve uma reflexão sobre os modos de aprender em contextos educacionais. Nesse sentido focaliza o aprendente e o ensinante em suas relações, considerando como ocorreria o processo ensino/aprendizagem se ambos praticassem na sala de aula o exercício da escuta sensível. Discute-se ainda as contribuições sobre os estilos de aprendizagem e o que esse conhecimento pode trazer para o processo educativo. Como conclusão discute-se que o aprender resulta do diálogo entre o saber e o conhecer, que passa por uma relação de empatia entre quem aprende e quem ensina. Lembra-se ainda que a relação referida é dialética entre os processos de ensinar e aprender, pois é o contexto que favorece que a verdadeira aprendizagem ocorra, resultante desse sentimento de identificação entre os pares, que é o ponto de apoio para a escuta sensível(AU)

ABSTRACT

This article involves a reflection about the ways of learning in educational contexts. To attain this objective, it focuses on the relationships between the student and the teacher, considering how the process teaching/learning would occur if both partners developed a sensitive listening. Also the many contributions about the learning styles and how this knowledge could help the educative process are analyzed. As a conclusion, it is discussed that learning results from the dialogue between knowledge and curiosity, in a dialogue that goes through an emphatic relation between student and teacher. It is also explained that our subject is a dialectic relation between the teaching and learning processes, since this is the context that supports the occurrence of true learning, as a result of the feeling of identification between pairs, what is the basis of sensitive listening(AU)
