(AU)
ABSTRACT
This work concerns a re-reading focused from an existential phenomenological point of view of a supervision requested by the health-workers team in an infectious diseases ward in a hospital in the east zone of the city of São Paulo focused from the point of view of psychoanalytical contributions. The experienced was named as “supervision of supervision”. In the re-reading it some questions become clear as the graduate in Psychology is directive and supported only by theories and concepts before any existential interrogations, like the confrontation with the finitude; such interrogations are impossible in the hospital because its rigid rules control everyone, health workers and in-patients, to impropriety and carelessness placing theories and concepts before the existential vicissitudes. Another contribution is that the phenomenological method of investigation allows a dialogue with other theories and makes it possible to remove the veil of veilling questions of existence. It makes possible a multiplicity of meanings, supports the openning to the understanding and accepting the differences. (AU)
