RESUMO

Por meio deste estudo, objetivou-se investigar as interpretações dos desempregados do setor industrial de Lavras – MG, acerca do desemprego, considerando suas trajetórias pessoais e profissionais bem como o processo de reestruturação produtiva e sua inserção no município em questão. Considerou-se as particularidades histórico-culturais do município de Lavras, bem como as características econômico-sociais referentes às condições de trabalho, mais especificamente no setor industrial. O presente estudo situa-se sob o paradigma interpretativo de análise, por meio da pesquisa qualitativa. Nesta pesquisa, parece inovar-se no estudo do desemprego visto que, ao considerar a dimensão histórico-cultural e a subjetividade, parte da linguagem dos próprios desempregados e dos sentidos que atribuíram à sua condição, para, desta forma, traçar algumas considerações acerca do fenômeno do desemprego. ABSTRACT

The objective of this paper was to investigate the interpretations from the unemployeds of the Lavras-MG industrial sector, about the unemployment, considering its personal and professional trajectories as well as the process of productive reestructuration and its insertion in the city in question. It was considered the historic-cultural particularities of the Lavras city, as well as the referring economic-social characteristics to the work conditions, more specifically in the industrial sector. The analysis was conducted from the interpretative paradigm and qualitative research. In this research, it seems to innovate in the study of the unemployment since, when considering the historic-cultural dimension and the subjectivity, part of the language of the unemployeds one and the senses that they had attributed to their condition, for, then, to trace some considerations about the unemployment.
