Transgressão e limite na situação analítica / Transgression and limit in the analytical situation

RESUMO

O objetivo do artigo é desenvolver a noção de limite e transgressão como operadores da situação analítica. Limite e transgressão são interdependentes. Foucault articula transgressão à morte de Deus e à experiência da linguagem não-fenomenológica. O homem descobre sua finitude e é pensado como finito-ilimitado, isto é, constituído historicamente, sem natureza profunda e podendo identificar o que o levou a ser o que é, possibilitando, assim, inúmeras rupturas e verdades, inúmeros limites a serem transpostos. A psicanálise, neste sentido é uma prática transgressiva. Transgride as fixações da memória, possibilitando um descolamento frente aos assujeitamentos. A transgressão, aqui, é pensada não apenas como denúncia de que o eu não é senhor em sua própria casa, enfatizando a determinação inconsciente dos atos psíquicos, mas também como a ultrapassagem dos limites históricos de determinada experiência. Nesta perspectiva, a transgressão é afirmação da diferença e da vida, potência de diferenciação.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This article aims to develop the idea of limit and transgression as operators of the analytical situation. Limit and transgression are interdependent. Foucault articulates transgression to God’s death, to finiteness and to the experience of non-phenomenological language. The man finds his finitude and he is thought as unlimited finite beings- in other words, historically constituted beings − with no deep nature and with the capacity of identifying what leaded him to be what he is. This allows innumerable ruptures and truths, innumerable limits to be transposed. From this scope, psychoanalysis is a transgressive practice. It transgresses the fixations of memory, allowing a detachment from historical submission. Transgression here is not only thought of as a denunciation that the man is not a master in his own house – which emphasizes the unconscious determination of the psychic acts – but also as an overtaking of the historicallimits of a certain experience. From this perspective, transgression is the assertion of difference while life is the potency of differentiation.(AU)
