Em diálogo com a filosofia, a literaturae a crítica literária, o texto buscaanalisar as relações entre a psicanálisee o humor. Para tanto, é feita adistinção entre o cômico, o chiste e ohumor, tendo em vista os efeitos doriso sobre as subjetividades na clínicae no campo social. O humor provocauma abertura na existência e produznovas formas de pensamento,possibilitando a constituição desubjetividades mais livres. ABSTRACT

In a dialogue with philosophy,literature and literary review, thisarticle tries to analyse the relationsbetween psychoanalysis andhumour. In order to carry out thisanalisys a distinction among threeconcepts must be made comic;jokes and humour. This distinctionis based on laughter's effects onsubjectiveness in social field, as wellas in clinical field. Humour amplifiesthe existence and enables new waysof thinking, thus it makes possiblelibertarian subjectiveness. Thisarticle suggests that humour (andlove) pervades clinical environment(AU)
