A inter-relação entre qualidade de vida e adequação social em laringectomizados

RESUMO

O presente artigo mostra relação entre as variáveis, qualidade de vida e adequação social entre laringectomizados; apontando que quanto maior a adequação social maior é qualidade de vida; demonstrando que existe relação entre as variáveis estudadas. A adequação social no que se refere à integração de múltiplos fatores que interferem no comportamento do individuo perante as situações da vida cotidiana, relaciona-se com a qualidade de vida nas dimensões da percepção do individuo no contexto da cultura e sistema de valores nos quais o sujeito vive e em relação aos seus objetivos, expectativas, padrões e preocupações. Conclui-se que o laringectomizado requer uma continuidade de cuidados após a cirurgia. A rede de suporte auxilia o enfermo na obtenção de uma melhor readaptação social e melhor qualidade de vida(AU)

ABSTRACT

This article shows the relationship between variables, quality of life and social adjustment between laryngectomized, indicating greater social adequacy greater quality of life, demonstrating that there is a relationship between variables. The social appropriateness regarding integration of multiple factors that affect the behavior of the individual to the situations of everyday life, is related to the quality of life dimensions in the perception of the individual in the context of culture and value system in which the subject live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards and concerns. We conclude that the laryngectomized requires a continuity of care after surgery. The network of support helps the patient obtaining a better social rehabilitation and quality of life(AU)
