Não interdição do parricídio e seus efeitos psíquicos / The non-interdiction of the parricide and its psychic effects

RESUMO

Este artigo é um resumo de tese de doutorado sobre a temática da interdicção do crimede parricídio como primordial para a constituição da subjetividade humana e da cultura. Foram entrevistados três sujeitos que cometeram o crime de patricídio (morte do pai) e/ou matricídio (morte da mãe). Os resultados foram dialogados com a temática da filiação e os elementos de marcação de um sujeito o traço e a entrada da lei pela interdição do parricídio.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This paper is na abstrast of doctoral dissertation about the interdiction of the crime of parricide as being to the constitution of human subjectivity and culture. Three people who committed the crime of patricide (murder of the father) and / or matricide (murder of the mother) were interviewed. The results were dialogued with the theme of the filiation and the elements that sign a subject the trace and the introduction of the law by the interdiction of parricide.(AU)
