A dinâmica da clínica: interpretações transferenciais e atos analíticos

RESUMO

O artigo relata as intervenções clínicas no atendimento de crianças que apresenta transtornos, categoria por Silvia Bleichmar caracterizada por falhas na instauração do recalque originário e na constituição do sujeito psíquico. A ampliação do instrumental clínico, baseado inicialmente na dinâmica da transferência, possibilita a proposta de intervenções baseadas na dinâmica da clínica, caracterizada pela alternância entre dois modos de funcionamento psíquico em processo primário e em processo secundário. Quando os pré-requisitos necessários para a instauração de mecanismos transferenciais não estão operando, o analista terá que proporcionar intervenções, verdadeiros atos analíticos, que possibilitem a construção de novas redes representacionais e articulação de simbolizações faltantes. ABSTRACT

In this article the author reports the clinical interventions in the treatment of children with disordes, category proposed by Silvia Bleichmar that is characterized by faults in the originaç repression instauration and in the individual´s psychic constitution. The increase of clinical tools, initially based on the “transference dynamics” allows the proposal of interventions based on clinic dynamics, characterized by the interchange between the two ways in which the psychic functions primary and secondary process. When the necessary pre-requisites for the transference mechanisms instauraction are not operating, the analyst has to provide interventions –true analytic acts-which enable the building of the representation web and lacks symbolism articulations. This repor tis illustrated through a fragmente of clinical work
