RESUMO

Este estudo faz uma reflexão sobre a relação devastadora entre mãe e filha, atravessando as questões acerca da feminilidade e do encontro de duas mulheres. São trazidas muitas questões que contribuem para a hostilidade da menina em direção a sua mãe. Além da pesquisa bibliográfica baseada nos textos de Freud e Lacan, neste trabalho, traz-se a artista de performance Marina Abramović e as considerações de como os conflitos entre ela e sua mãe contribuíram na criação de suas performances.(AU).

ABSTRACT

This study reflects on the devastating relationship between mother and daughter, addressing the issues of femininity and the meeting of two women. Many questions, that contribute to the girl's hostility toward her mother, are raised. In addition to the bibliographic research based on the texts of Freud and Lacan, this work brings performance artist Marina Abramović and the considerations of how the conflicts between her and her mother contributed to the creation of her performances.(AU).
