Macunaíma como expressão arquetípica do cidadão brasileiro: uma análise sob a perspectiva junguiana e a interpretação libertária do Direito e Literatura / Macunaíma as an archetypal expression of the Brazilian citizen: an analysis from a Jungian perspective and the libertarian interpretation of Law and Literature

RESUMO

Pretende-se identificar o cidadão brasileiro com Macunaíma, o herói de nossa gente, sob a perspectiva do inconsciente coletivo e do arquétipo de herói, definidos por Carl Gustav Jung. A compreensão do cidadão a partir do aspecto arquetípico, nos leva a entender os conflitos no processo de configuração identitária individual e coletiva brasileira, que frequentemente se espelha nas imagens, tradições e culturas estrangeiras, em detrimento das simbologias locais. Utilizando-se da pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, na modalidade narrativa, e do método dialógico, o que ficará em evidência, no decorrer do artigo, é que o arquétipo do herói corresponde à evolução da personalidade humana, e é neste contexto que se apresenta os conflitos na personalidade do brasileiro. O Brasil possui, como mito de origem e correspondente arquetípico, Macunaíma, personagem criado por Mario de Andrade Macunaíma, ao mesmo tempo que representa a verdadeira ancestralidade brasileira, revela a negação do próprio ser humano com relação a sua origem, o que justifica a construção desse herói sombrio e enigmático presente em cada indivíduo. Neste contexto, o Direito, âmbito jurídico que normativa as relações sociais e institucionais, e que representa juridicamente a voz da sociedade, é essencial para o resgaste e consequentemente para a liberdade deste herói enrustido em todos nós, cidadãos; essencial para a expressividade de um povo eminentemente brasileiro. Para tanto, sugere-se novos meios interpretativos dessa ciência, reconhecendo-se a Literatura como crítica ao Direito, a fim de que haja a releitura do ser cidadão no Brasil. (AU)

ABSTRACT

It is intended to identify the Brazilian citizen with Macunaíma, the hero of our people, from the perspective of the collective unconscious and the hero archetype, defined by Carl Gustav Jung. The understanding of the citizen from the archetypal aspect, leads us to understand the loss of Brazilian individual and collective identity, which is often mirrored in foreign images, traditions and cultures, to the detriment of local symbols. Using bibliographic review research, in the narrative modality, and the dialogical method, what will become evident, throughout the article, is that the hero's archetype corresponds to the evolution of the human personality, and this is the dysfunctionality presented by the personality of the Brazilian. Brazil has, as a myth of origin and archetypal correspondent, Macunaíma, a character created by Mario de Andrade Macunaíma, while representing the true Brazilian ancestry, reveals the negation of the human being in relation to its origin, which justifies the construction of this dark and enigmatic hero present in each individual. In this context, Law, a legal framework that regulates social and institutional relations, and that represents the voice of society legally, is essential for the recovery and, consequently, for the freedom of this hero who is hidden in all of us citizens; essential for the expressiveness of an eminently Brazilian people. For that, new interpretative means of this science are suggested, recognizing Literature as critical to the Law, so that there is a reinterpretation of being a citizen in Brazil.(AU)
