Oficinas do CAPS: uma descrição fenomenológica dos seus sentidos no cotidiano do usuário

RESUMO

O objetivo desta dissertação é o de apresentar os resultados da investigação realizada no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) de Unaí, na qual se buscou conhecer a percepção dos usuários acerca dos sentidos das atividades terapêuticas ocupacionais em seu cotidiano, buscando o seu ponto de vista na constituição dos sentidos dessa participação. Além disso, buscou-se especificamente identificar os motivos que levam os indivíduos a frequentar as atividades terapêuticas ocupacionais; Conhecer o relato dos usuários acerca das suas relações cotidianas com a loucura; Conhecer a avaliação que os usuários fazem acerca de suas vivências cotidianas, como se sentem, o que pensam.Pretende-se aqui descrever fenomenologicamente o relato dos participantes. Foi escolhido, para esta dissertação, o método fenomenológico que se caracteriza por um caminho de investigação que permite um olhar mais abrangente sobre o tema proposto nesta dissertação. Participaram do estudo 08 usuários do CPAS Unaí que frequentaram as oficinas terapêuticas durante o período da pesquisa. Além da observação empírica, apoiamo-nos em uma referência bibliográfica crítica com relação ao estatuto da loucura no mundo atual e a forma como a psiquiatria pretende tratá-la. Entre tais referências, está a história da loucura tal como foi descrita e documentada por Foucault, na qual o autor mostra o processo de transformação da loucura em doença mental, e como esta se tornou objeto do código médico. Para análise dos relatos os elementos comuns, invariantes, presentes na maioria dos discursos foram agrupados em busca de uma sistematização dos relatos. Os relatos dos participantes sobre suas vivências cotidianas da loucura evidenciam que eles têm muito a dizer sobre seu universo, assim como sobre a relação entre razão e loucura. Para os usuários, as oficinas possuem vários sentidos afastamento da rotina diária, aprendizado, e pertencimento.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this dissertation is to present the results of research conducted at the Center for Psychosocial Care (CAPS) of Unaí, which aimed to meet the users' perception about the meanings of occupational therapeutic activities in their daily lives, seeking this views in the constitution of the senses of such participation. Furthermore, we sought to specifically identify the reasons that lead individuals to attend occupational therapeutic activities; Knowingthe report users about their everyday dealings with madness; Knowing evaluation that users make about their daily experiences, how they feel, what they think. It is intended here to describe phenomenologically the report to the participants. It was chosen for this dissertation the phenomenological method which is characterized by a path of research that allows a more comprehensive look at the proposed in this dissertation topic. The study included 08 users the CAPS Unaí who attended therapeutic activities during the survey period. Apart from empirical observation, we rely on a bibliographic reference to criticize regarding the status of madness in the world today and how psychiatry intend to treat it. Among these references, is the story of madness that was just as described and documented by Foucault, in which the author shows the transformation of madness in mental illness, and how it became the object of the medical code. In at to report analysis the common elements, invariants, present in most of the speeches were grouped in a systematic search of reports. The participants' about their daily experiences of madness evidence that they have much to say about his universe, as well as on the relationship between reason and madness.
