Everybody’s ECG is recorded 3 times before, after a exercise and after the period of practice. From the research results we come to conclusions as follows-Alpha increases in frequency, amplitude, index with p<0.01- Beta does not change in amplitude, index decreases with p < 0.01. Teta and delta does not change in amplitude, index decreases with p< 0.01 and 0.05
