ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the relationship between CT performance of Hver cirrhosis and liver fibrosis factors.Methods 89 hospitalized patients were graded for the CT performance of the liver cirrhosisO class (have no cirrhosis),Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ class.Then to compare the examination data of senlm liver fibrosis factorstype Ⅲ procollagen(Prop),Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),laminin(LN),hyaluronie acid(HA).Results O class(have no cirrhosis in the sufferer)four index signs all has no increase.Ⅰ classthe Ⅳ-C slightly goes up.Ⅱ classⅣ-C,the HA slishtly goes up.Ⅲ classthe three of Ⅳ-C,HA,LN rises,the HA is distinct.Ⅳ classfour index signs all go up obviously.Conclusion With the CT performance of liver cirrhosis is obvious,the hver fibrosis factors get obvious,too.Both of them get positive correlation.
