ABSTRACT
Objective To study the effect of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Retrospective analysis of 146 cases of colposcopy down in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) diagnosis and histopathological examinations.Results 146 was CIN patients,in vaginal mirror down cervical positioning biopsy,by pathological confirmed CIN 123 cases,meet rate was 84.2%,23 cases does not meet,accounted for 15.8%,eventually confirmed CIN Ⅰ total 52 cases,accounted for meet rate of 72.7%,confirmed C1N Ⅱ total 40 cases,accounted for meet rate of 90.1%,confirmed CIN Ⅱ total 23 cases,accounted for meet rate of 96.0%,eventually diagnosis for cervical invasion run cancer 2 cases,leak diagnosis rate for 1.0%.Biopsy under colposcope in line with rates rise with CIN grade increases,the differences between various levels was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Use of colposcopy in diagnosis of patients with CIN lesions,can improve the diagnosis of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of accuracy,is a minimally invasive,economical,convenient,reliable method of diagnosis of CIN,and worthy of clinical use,promotion.
