Study on some chronic complications commonly reported in type 2 diabetes patients

ABSTRACT
74 type 2 diabetes patients in Thai Nguyen were studied, there is an incidence of 70,2% of opthalmic complication, among them retine damage accounts for 47,3%. Cardiovasculary complications account for 72,2%, myocardiac ischema accounts for 67, renal complications compose of kidney failure of I stage to IIIa stage. There is a high rate of 39,2% of infection complications. There is a correlation between the increase of blood insuline and the complications. Elevated level of triglycerde predicts ophthalmic complications and cardiovasculary complication HLD-C decrease predicts kidney complications
