ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To establish a method for determination of the contents of leucine in ant medical material and its preparation-fengshike wine,so as to provide a basis for controlling the quality of ant medical material and its prepara?tion.METHODS:
After thin layer chromatography and colour-development with2%ninhydrin ethyl alcohol solution,the sample was scanned at? S =480nm,? R =650nm.RESULTS:
The average recovery of the sample was100.14%,RSD=3.4%.The content of leucine in ant medical material was tentatively fixed at1.0%or more and that in Fengshike wine at0.44mg/ml or more.CONCLUSION:
The method may be used for determination of the contents of leucine in Shanxi local medical material-ant(black ant,Formica fusca Laureile)and its preparation-Fengshike wine.
