ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the adjunctive therapy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with epidemic type B encephalitis.METHODS:66epidemic type B encephalitis cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group(30cases)was assigned to receive the conventional therapy plus virazole while the treatment group(36cases)to receive additional Tanreqing injection apart from the conventional therapy.The course of treatment for both groups was5days to7days.The curative effects and the time for symptom improving between two groups were compared.RESULTS:There were significant differences(P
