ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the pathognomonic findings of anaphylactic shock in forensic medicine. Methods Animal model of anaphylactic shock was developed in guinea pigs. Substance P level in plasma was determined radioimmunoassay, and detected in laryngopharyneal tissue and the lungs by immunohistochemical SABC method followed by image analysis using BI - 2000 image analyzing system.
