ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of Levofloxacin with Tinidazolc in Glucose Injection.METHO-DSThe contents were determined by UV-spectrophotometry and the appearance and pH value were observed within 8h after mixing of levofloxacin with tinidazolc in glucose injection at room temperature(20℃).RESULTS:The contents,pH value and appearance of the mixed solution showed no significant changes within 8h.CONCLUSION:The mixture of the levofloxacin and tinidazolc in glucose injection can be used within 8h after mixing.
