ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety profile of three-year treatment of HAART in 43 Hemophilia patients co-infected with HIV and HCV. Methods 43 hemophilia patients co-infected HIV and HCV were treated with HAART for 3 years. CD4、 CD3、 CD8 and NK cell counts of the patients were detected by FCM, and the viral load in the plasma was detected with FDA recommended bDNA method.
