The analysis of the relationship between children bronchial asthma and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection / 中国基层医药

ABSTRACT

Objective To expore MP infection to be one of causes of children bronchial asthma.To analyze whether to promote the lysis of children bronchial asthma by finding out causes ealier and treating accordingly persisitently.Methods 148 cases of children bronchial asthma were selected at random and MP IgM-Ab was tested by indirect blood-coagulation.The form and quantity of MP were tested by pharyny swabs and TH muti-media micro diagnosis instruments.Results MP IgM-Ab in blood serum,1∶32 was positive by indirect blood-coagulation,29 cases were positive in 148 cases of children bronchial asthma.There were 32 cases infected with large amount of MP.Conclusion It demonstrates there should be a certain relation between children bronchial asthma and MP infection.
