ABSTRACT

Objective To observe effect of large blood vessel hypoxia on the Wister rat′s NO activity. Methods Thoracic aorta rings model with full endothelium and removed endothelium of Wistar rat were prepared , hypoxia stimulated aorta rings and noted changes of constriction extent.
