ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effect of GSTT on the release of inflammatory molecules such as TNF-? and IL-1? in rats after ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods An in vivo model of myocardial ischemia 45min followed by 2h reperfusion was made by reversibly ligating coronary left descending artery. 32 Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were divided randomly to 4 groups, ie sham-operated group, model group, large and dosage of GSTT.
