ABSTRACT

[Objective] To discuss the mechanism of Kidney-notifying Compound preventing and treating menopause coronary heart disease.[Method] Copy 4 mature Henghe female monkeys into artificial menopause models,randomly divide them into Kidney-notifying Compound group(1) and Premarin control group(2),2 monkeys in one group.Every day make stomach perfusion of the of Compound decoction;take nitrate reductase to measure serum NO,radiation-immune method for plasm ET-1 concentration.[Result] The Compound and WM combined with estrogen Premarin all can raise NO and reduce ET level,two groups have statistical meaning in replying measurement(P
