ABSTRACT

Objective To make the capital asset management more efficient,improve the level of tracing management of the capital asset,simplify and standardize the flow chart of asset inventory.Methods Based on the techniques of bar code,wireless LAN and intelligent EDA mobile terminal,the asset management system was deceloped.Results Compared with the traditional hospital capital asset management,mobile asset management system overcame a lot of deficiencies and bore such superiorities as advanced technology,instant data,convenient practice and wide applications.On the other hand,it also suited the asset inventory and management without wireless network conditions.Conclusion This technology opens a new generation of the mode of hospital asset management.Being convenient and practical,it is widely used with promising prospect.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2)60-61,65]
