ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the ideal parameters for the application of mobile shimadzu DR to low-dose lung screening. Methods 300 subjects were divided into two groups randomly,of which, one went through conventional screening with 120 kV voltage and 5mA current intensity, and the other through low-dose screening with 110 kV voltage and 1.2 mA intensity. Results All the images from two groups could satisfy the diagnosis requirements and had no aparent difference. Conclusion Low-dose screening, with similar result to the conventional one,can decrease radiation dose and prolong the service life of the machine, and thus can be used for examination of large-scale population.
