ABSTRACT
On the surface,medical justice means the justice of medical resource allocation but essentially,it is social justice,and fundamentally,life justice.The appearance of low-price hospital helps relieve the problem of"difficult and costly hospital visiting",and by reflecting the ethical value of medical justice,benefits the realization of social harmony.
