ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the roles of differentiation and proliferation related proteins in neural stem cells (NSCs) in rats treated with L monosodium glutamate (MSG). Methods Tissue proteins were extracted from the rat forebrain. Western blotting was used to investigate the changes of differentiation and proliferation related proteins in NSCs in rats treated with MSG.
