ABSTRACT
Objective:
To study the main components of polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance.Methods:
Water extract from the root of Adina rubelle Hance was extracted with acetic ester,then separated by silicage column with differentiation by thin-layer chromatography.Thirdly,the purified fraction was analyzed by GC-MS.Results:
Two components were purified,they were catechins compounds.Conclusion:
Polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance were mainly consisted of catechins.
